  • Is this company based in Australia?
    Yes, we are based in Gold Coast, Australia. We ship from our office and warehouse in Surfers Paradise.
  • What can I do if I have placed an order however I haven't received order confirmation?
    No worries, please check in your junk or spam folder. If you haven't received the confirmation please send us an email to info@toysrevolutionaustralia.com Make sure to include all your details in the email so to confirm your order and solve the issue as soon as possible.
  • What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
    Good news! You have 14 days to collect your parcel from your post office, hopefully this can help. If you aren't able to collect it from your local post office in 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse. In this case, if you would like to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of AU$ 10. If you would like a refund instead, we will refund you the amount of your order minus AU$ 20 for the processing & return shipping costs. In any case, Toys Revolutionâ„¢ will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait to receive the item and then you can return your order back to us for a refund. AU$ 10 for shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    Unfortunately we cannot change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you realize right away that you have wrong your delivery address, please send us an email to info @toysrevolution.com.au, our staff will be happy to help you with your order. Make sure to include all your details in the email so to confirm your order and solve the issue as soon as possible.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Each order is processed through a secure, 256-bit encrypted payment processing gateway to ensure your privacy by Stripe.
  • How long does shipping take?
    We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels to Australia. Shipping within Australia takes between 5-12 business days. More details, info and update at COVID-19 Update in product info
  • How much does the delivery cost?
    Standard delivery within Australia for purchase over $100 is 100% FREE. Standard delivery within Australia for purchase below $100 is $16 (5-12) You can check this at the checkout before you complete your purchase
  • Do you provide a tracking number for my order?
    Yes, after maximum 48 hours after your purchase you receive a tracking number directly to your inbox. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include all your tracking details. If you do not receive your tacking confirmation after 72 hours, please contact!
